Emails is Forward Church’s private communications workspace. This notice describes information used to provide the workspace and protect access.
The public site
The welcome, privacy and terms pages contain no church records or routing contacts. Private settings and reviews require approved Google sign-in. The welcome page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. It does not load advertising trackers.
Sign-in information
Google and Cloudflare Access authenticate approved users. A verified identity determines administrator or reviewer access; having a Forward email address alone does not grant access. This sign-in does not give the workspace access to your Google password, Gmail messages or Drive files.
Turnstile processes browser and network signals under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Each security-check token is validated on the server. Secure, HTTP-only cookies retain the short-lived browser check and bind the private session to the approved identity for up to eight hours. Signing out clears that browser proof and requests Cloudflare Access sign-out, which can also affect other applications sharing that Access login.
Ministry information
The private workspace manages email wording, leader routing contacts, selected Planning Center opportunities, and review decisions. Review examples use fictional participant information. The existing Serve integration separately processes verified Planning Center submissions and sends authorized leader and volunteer notifications. Connect email automation remains off until separately approved and activated.
Storage and sharing
Cloudflare hosts the service and private settings, revision history, approval notes and operational records. Planning Center remains the source of form submissions. External opportunity and graphic links can load content from their providers. Information is used for approved ministry follow-up and service security, not sold or used for advertising. Access and retention questions should be directed to the administrator.
