Authorized ministry use

Use an individually approved Google account only for your assigned responsibilities. Do not share accounts, sessions or access. Public welcome pages do not grant private access.

People and privacy

Keep routing contacts, ministry records and review notes confidential. Only share them within your authorized ministry role. Sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorized access.

Drafts, approval and delivery

Preview examples are fictional. Saving Connect settings or approving wording does not activate Connect automation. Existing Serve settings can affect live emails; review changes carefully. Confirm dates, available opportunities and recipients before activation. Provider delivery confirmation does not establish that a person has read a message.

Connected services and help

Google, Cloudflare and Planning Center operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Permissions here do not grant permissions in those services. Availability can be affected by maintenance or provider interruptions. Contact hello@justinallen.net for help, and see our privacy notice.
